Exceptions and Deviations The Offerors shall clearly identify and explain any exceptions, deviations or conditional assumptions included in their proposal. Each item must be accompanied by sufficient detail and justification to enable a thorough and objective evaluation. The inclusion of exceptions, deviations or conditional assumptions does not render a proposal unacceptable.
