The solicitation seeks to purchase one to three ADA compliant testing studios to be installed in the college library, specifically designed to accommodate students with disabilities. Vendors must submit bids through the BidNetDirect platform, provide an updated W-9, and include warranty information for all equipment. The college specifies that each studio must accommodate two individuals, including a student and a proctor/interpreter, with a secure, closable door. Pricing transparency, lead time information, and stock availability are mandatory submission requirements. The procurement is tax-exempt, and MCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
