About this file
The document is an Award Determination from the Arizona Game and Fish Department for a Hydrological Engineering Services solicitation (BPM003384). The procurement was conducted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and Administrative Code, involving competitive sealed proposals. Five companies were selected as the highest-ranking offerors: Cardno Inc, JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology, Dowl HKM, Stantec Consulting Services Inc, and Wilson & Co. Inc.
The contract awards are for hydrological engineering services, with the selected firms deemed most advantageous to the state based on evaluation scoring. The document does not specify specific contract value, duration, or detailed scope of services. The award determination indicates multiple vendors will be available to provide hydrological engineering services to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, suggesting an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract structure. The procurement was signed off by Elizabeth Burgard and Kristen Micurescu from the department's Procurement Branch.
