About this file

This document is a negotiation sheet for a state-level solicitation (BPM003384) for Hydrological Engineering Services, specifically for JE Fuller, a professional engineering and consulting firm. The document appears to be related to an Arizona government contract, likely with the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AGFD), and details the firm's proposed staffing and rate structure for various professional roles in engineering, surveying, environmental science, and related technical disciplines.

The contract covers a comprehensive range of professional services including hydrological engineering, survey work, environmental documentation, construction inspection, and cultural resource management. Pricing is structured by professional role, with rates ranging from $48.19 for clerical services to $176.71 for a Principal Engineer. Key roles include Registered Engineers (multiple experience levels), Project Managers, Environmental Science Specialists, Hydro Technicians, and Cultural Resource Management professionals. The document indicates zero percent markup for subconsultants and reimbursable items, with mileage reimbursement at $0.85 per mile, with restrictions on charging for local metropolitan area travel. The negotiation sheet provides detailed job descriptions and minimum experience requirements for each professional category, suggesting a rigorous qualification framework for service delivery.
