About this file
This document is a Price Proposal Form for RFP #S-107000-0005442, a statewide environmental analytical laboratory services contract for the State of Oregon. The RFP solicits comprehensive environmental analysis services across multiple analytical categories, including general chemistry analysis, metals analysis, organics analysis, air toxicity analysis, herbicides and pesticides analysis, industrial hygiene analysis, and additional hazardous waste characterization analysis. Proposers must complete pricing for all services within each category they propose to provide; failure to provide all services within a proposed category will result in non-responsiveness. The form requires vendors to submit standard turnaround times and single unit pricing for each analysis method listed, with pricing inclusive of storage, analysis, and disposal fees. Pricing must be submitted as fixed amounts rather than ranges.
Price Proposal Form B establishes non-scored pricing for expedited analyses with upcharge percentages for 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day turnaround options, as well as additional analyses and services that contractors may optionally provide. Additional pricing sections address expedited analyses upcharges, additional metals pricing including options for first metals and additional metals by specific methods, and supplementary services such as training and technical consultation. The form includes pricing sections for additional analyses in general chemistry, metals, organics, herbicides and pesticides, industrial hygiene, bioassay analysis, microbiology analysis, and other specialized analyses such as SARS-CoV-2 wastewater testing and incremental sampling methodology services. All pricing submissions must be presented as specific figures without ranges to maintain responsiveness.
