About this file
The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) used by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to collect performance feedback about a contractor. The form is designed to assess a contractor's performance across multiple dimensions including technical performance, schedule performance, cost control, management performance, and overall recommendation for future awards. It provides a structured evaluation method with rating options ranging from Unsatisfactory to Exceptional, requiring detailed rationale for extreme ratings (Exceptional or Unsatisfactory). The questionnaire must be completed and emailed to Deirdre Hughes at deirdre.l.hughes.civ@us.navy.mil by 1600 Eastern Standard Time on 25 August 2025, with the specific goal of establishing a comprehensive performance history for contract evaluation purposes.
