About this file
This is Addendum No. 2 to RFP No. 2425-110 for a School Bus Camera System issued by North Clackamas School District in Milwaukie, Oregon, dated January 8, 2025. The addendum provides clarifications through a question and answer format regarding the installation of new camera equipment across the district's bus fleet. Key responses indicate that the installation schedule will be determined post-award, wireless access points are already present in the yard with additional points to be installed by the district prior to bid award, and all equipment must be new with no reuse of existing equipment permitted.
The addendum clarifies technical aspects of the implementation but does not modify any pricing terms or fundamental requirements of the original RFP. It confirms that training schedules will be determined based on district operating hours and staff availability, as referenced in the RFP Training Section on page 5. Questions are directed to Gustavo Chavez, Senior Purchasing Specialist, as the single point of contact for the procurement.
