About this file

This document is an attachment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Oregon State Police, seeking proposals for the repair, calibration, and recertification of Stalker radar and lidar equipment. The RFP provides details on the required scope of work, including the need for proposers to have the capability to repair, calibrate, and recertify various models of Stalker radar and lidar devices. The RFP also outlines the required information to be included in the proposal, such as the Proposer Information and Certification Sheet, and notes the anticipated contract term and any potential renewal options.

The RFP attachment includes certifications that the proposer must agree to, such as compliance with state tax laws, non-discrimination in employment practices, and the prevention of sexual harassment. The contract opportunity is open to all interested and qualified proposers, and no set-asides or incumbent information is provided. The RFP does not specify any funding sources or amounts, but it is clear that the successful proposer will be responsible for providing the required repair and calibration services to the Oregon State Police and potentially other local jurisdictions, including Marion County and the City of Salem.
