About this file

This is Amendment No. 1 to RFP-260022804 for "PACS and VASS Hardware and Software Maintenance Support Services" issued by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratory under The Trustees of Princeton University. The amendment establishes a proposal due date of Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Princeton, NJ time.

The amendment introduces two primary changes: (1) a mandatory pre-bid site walk-through visit scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the PPPL site located at 100 Stellarator Road, Princeton, NJ 08540-0451, with attendance confirmation required by Friday, June 19, 2026 via email to Contract Specialist Marissa Zara at mzara@pppl.gov; and (2) clarification that the 100-mile radius requirement for emergency response covered in the Statement of Work remains unchanged with no flexibility. Potential offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit may submit bids only if they acknowledge acceptance of existing site conditions and assume all associated performance and financial risks. All personnel must present valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant credentials or passports for site access, and non-U.S. citizens require advanced administrative review and approval from the PPPL Foreign National Access Program (FNAP). Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the amendment form with their proposal package.
