About this file
This is a pricing schedule submission template for Request for Proposal No. 260000002393 issued by the State of Michigan for MPSCS Forestry Management services in Stanton. The pricing schedule requires contractors to submit detailed cost breakdowns in a modifiable Excel or Word format, with an optional non-modifiable PDF version. Contractors must provide comprehensive pricing for all proposed contract activities, including mobilization costs, labor, materials, equipment, and operational expenses. The pricing structure includes line items for hourly labor costs, material costs, equipment rental or usage (including tracked feller buncher, mulcher, chip truck, tree chipper, stump grinder, and skid steer), and deliverables such as trees cut and stumps ground. The template specifies that failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.
All pricing must account for one-time or setup charges, fees, and potential ancillary costs such as shipping, handling, and palletizing. Contractors are encouraged to offer expedited payment terms with discounts for early payment, though specific discount percentages and payment windows are to be determined by each bidder. By submitting a proposal, contractors certify that all prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors. Bidders must enter their company name in the designated field and complete all required pricing information on the Pricing Sheet tab to ensure their submission meets the proposal requirements.
