About this file

This is a Proposal Cost Form for RFP 26-38 issued by the City of South Fulton, Georgia for a Tennis Court Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project. The project encompasses 15 base line items including mobilization, demolition, court reconstruction for four courts, acrylic surface coating (12,800 square yards), court striping, chain link fencing (1,400 linear feet), fence gates (8 units), concrete sidewalk (1,500 square feet), concrete curb (1,000 linear feet), drainage infrastructure (500 linear feet of pipe and 6 catch basins), excavation (500 cubic yards), imported stone base (750 tons), and topsoil/sod restoration (5,000 square feet), along with final cleanup. The form also includes three separately priced alternates: Additional Drainage Improvements, Complete LED Court Lighting Replacement, and Premium Acrylic Surface System.

All pricing must be fully burdened and inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, engineering, supervision, testing, permits, bonds, insurance, overhead, profit, transportation, and all incidentals necessary to complete the work. Proposers must complete all required base proposal line items with unit prices, and estimated quantities provided are for evaluation purposes only, with actual payment determined by quantities installed and verified by the City. The three alternates must be priced separately, with procurement instructed to define which alternates, if any, are included in the evaluated price before proposal opening. The base proposal drainage pricing must exclude Alternate No. 1 additional drainage improvements to avoid duplication.
