About this file
This document is a Bidder Q&A file for RFP 250000002760, involving the Michigan state agencies LARA, DTMB-VTS, and MDOC, specifically addressing Underground Storage Tank (UST) Inspection services. The RFP covers 14 total sites, with the state providing clarification on site identification numbers and invoicing procedures. The inspection services do not require prevailing wages or certified payroll documentation.
The state has outlined specific invoicing preferences, indicating that B inspections should be invoiced quarterly and separately for each agency (DTMB-VTS and MDOC). Bidders received clarification on key administrative details through this Q&A document, including confirmation of site quantities, identification number availability, and billing protocols. The document suggests a structured approach to service delivery with clear expectations for documentation and invoicing from potential contractors.
