The solicitation is open to all vendors, with contact information provided for Karl Klein at the Town of Groton. Supporting documents include grant-related files and an addendum, indicating potential funding sources and additional project details. The project highlights the unique challenges and pressures faced by Groton and neighboring jurisdictions in managing development near critical military infrastructure.
