This document is a Presentation Schedule and Information document for RFP 25-15 issued by the Putnam County Procurement Department in Palatka, Florida, regarding Misdemeanor Probation Supervision Services. The document outlines a presentation schedule for potential service providers on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with each presentation limited to 30 minutes, including questions and answers. The evaluation committee has prepared a comprehensive list of 10 specific inquiries for bidders, covering topics such as indigent probationer determination, transition procedures, technology access, risk assessment protocols, office hours, fee structures, class offerings, language interpretation services, and staffing details.

The document reveals several key financial and operational considerations, including discrepancies in monthly probation supervision fees (ranging between $50-$55 per month) and specific questions about indigent probation supervision costs. The final evaluation meeting will immediately follow the presentations, taking place in the conference room at 2509 Crill Ave, Ste 200, Palatka, FL 32177, and will be open to the public, though public attendees will not have speaking opportunities. The committee is seeking clarity on various operational aspects, such as risk assessment tools, reporting mechanisms for probationers without technological access, office hour availability, and potential accommodations for an expedited transition period.

The evaluation committee is seeking more information on the following:

2) The evaluation committee would like to inquire an expedited transition period could be accommodated.

• Would a temporary location be an option (preferred)?

• Would mail-in or call-in be an option?

3) If a probationer does not have access to technology for reporting and payment purposes, how would that be handled?

4) Please explain the risk assessment. Is this an optional tool or is it utilized on all probationers? If yes, how does it determine the number of monthly check-ins.

5) Would PPS offer the office hours outlined in the RFQ- late evening, weekend, etc.?

6) The fee schedule states $55 per month for basic (general) probation, however the fee of $50 per month has been set by Administrative Order.
