About this file
This is an Attachment G Price Schedule for RFP 25-0011, a commodity processing cheese products solicitation issued by Beaverton K-12 (BSD). The solicitation seeks proposals for eight cheese and cheese-based food items intended for use in the school district's Child Nutrition meal program for the 2026-27 school year. The items include cheddar sauce (spicy and standard), alfredo sauce, American sliced cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella string cheese, macaroni and cheese, and cheese-filled breadsticks. Estimated annual quantities range from 77,552 servings for alfredo sauce to 700,000 servings for cheese-filled breadsticks, with total district demand across all items reaching approximately 1.6 million Child Nutrition servings. All products must meet USDA Child Nutrition meal pattern requirements and specified nutritional standards including calorie, fat, saturated fat, and sodium limits per serving.
Proposers must submit pricing in Microsoft Excel format without altering any pre-populated information, with all pricing delivered freight-included to the district's distributor and exclusive of federal, state, and local taxes. Pricing evaluation is based on the Fee for Service per serving (calculated field derived from processing fees divided by servings per case and multiplied by annual estimated quantities). The price schedule distinguishes between USDA Foods items (processed products utilizing USDA commodity food with specified drawdown amounts and commodity values from the 2026-27 SEPDS) and commercial items, with proposers required to provide brand names, product codes, pack sizes, case weights, and shelf life information. Products must meet guaranteed minimum shelf life requirements ranging from 60 to 90 days. All inquiries regarding the price schedule should be directed to the district at contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us.
