About this file
This document is an exhibit for the technical evaluation of proposals submitted in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 2408-01 for a Digital Exhibit Management System (DEMS) issued by the Collin County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). The scope of work requires the service provider to design, supply, integrate, install/implement, support, and maintain the DEMS, which must be compatible with various file types and provide up to 360 GB of digital exhibit storage annually. The DEMS must bidirectionally integrate with the CCSO's case management system, Enterprise Justice, provided by Tyler Technologies. The service provider must perform security assessments, grant access to CCSO's justice partners, provide training, and offer ongoing application support.
The project deliverables include an executive summary, detailed report, roadmap with tactical and strategic recommendations, a prioritized project plan, and an executive-level presentation. The roadmap must include milestones, key performance indicators, and documentation from past exhibit management projects to validate the proposed solutions. The project plan should include the project description, priorities, risk ranking, supported roadmap items, recommended solutions, complexity levels, and resource requirements.
