About this file

This is a Schedule B - Pricing worksheet for Request for Proposal No. 240000002215, a statewide bottled water contract solicitation issued by the State of Michigan through Michigan.gov/MiProcurement. The RFP requests pricing for multiple bottled water products and services, including 16.9-ounce recyclable bottles (24 per case), one-gallon non-returnable containers (6 per case), 2.5-gallon non-returnable distilled and spring water containers, five-gallon returnable distilled and spring water containers, and disposable paper cups (4.5-ounce cone cups, 1,000 per case). The pricing schedule encompasses both Daily Use and Emergency Water categories, with additional line items for paper products, five-gallon container deposits, and monthly rental charges for room temperature, cold, and hot and cold dispensers. Bidders may receive awards for individual line items and are permitted to mark items as "N/A" if they do not wish to bid on specific products. The pricing worksheet requires bidders to provide unit costs, cases per pallet, and price per pallet for each product category.

Bidders must submit complete pricing schedules in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to submit an additional non-modifiable PDF version. Price proposals must include all costs associated with delivery, per-case pricing, palletizing, and any one-time or setup charges. Bidders are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms and to propose additional product sizes, dispenser options, and minimum delivery amounts not listed in the solicitation. The RFP includes tier pricing options for Emergency Water and provisions for warehousing and additional fees. All price proposals must be submitted independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.
