About this file

This is Amendment #4 to RFP 2027-2000-0046 issued by the State of Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services, for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services at Wildwood Correctional Center (WCC) in Kenai, Alaska. The amendment addresses questions and answers from potential offerors regarding regulatory approval processes. Offerors must sign and return the amendment page with their proposals, or their bids may be rejected. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged except as specifically noted in this amendment.

The amendment clarifies that the 7 AAC 70.030 department approval process is conducted by the Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health, and potential offerors may initiate this process immediately rather than waiting until after contract award. Offerors should contact the Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health directly to begin the approval process. The 7 AAC 70.140 data reporting requirements for the Department of Corrections are arranged through contract provisions outlined in Section 3.06 of the RFP. The Department of Corrections does not have a designated contact with the Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health. Prospective bidders must register with Procurement Specialist Allan Oyao at allan.oyao@alaska.gov or (907) 269-5910 to receive subsequent amendments and be added to the vendor list.
