The RFP seeks a comprehensive voting system solution that includes hardware, software, services, licensing, and support components. While no specific timeline is provided for the initial contract award, the County aims to execute a contract as soon as possible after the RFP closing date, with a contract end date of 6/30/2029.

The clarifying questions document addresses vendor submission procedures, including using BidLocker for all submissions, page count considerations for detailed responses, and confidential information handling.
