About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Clovis Community College in Clovis, New Mexico, seeking a vendor to manage and operate its campus bookstore services. The RFP solicits proposals for a twelve-month contract beginning June 1, 2022, with the potential to renew for up to nine additional twelve-month terms, not to exceed ten years total. Proposals are due on March 3, 2022, at 3:00 PM Mountain Time, with submissions accepted electronically or via sealed paper proposal. An optional pre-proposal meeting was held on February 17, 2021, and the college is seeking an innovative bookstore service that can provide affordable course materials, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the institution's academic mission.

The evaluation will be based on several criteria, including implementation plan (30%), economy and price (40%), and capacity and experience (25%), with potential additional preferences for resident and resident veteran businesses. The college seeks a vendor that can create a customer-centric retail environment, reduce course material costs, and develop comprehensive e-commerce and marketing strategies.
