Note that these are questions submitted by interested firms to the above referenced solicitation. The below answers are for clarification purposes only and in no way alter or amend the RFP as published.
1. Please clarify the County’s current database size (in GB) including an approximate breakdown by file type (searchable vs. non-searchable files).
Answer: We have approximately 1500 GB – we would need all our files to be searchable.
2. Is the County looking for pricing to accommodate the current database size or would you like us to provide pricing for any anticipated growth? If for a future state, please provide applicable details.
Answer: We will have growth in our database size over time. We would appreciate some sort of pricing that will show the data size ranges where the increases will occur.
3. The RFQ states the Office of County Counsel includes 10 attorneys and 3 support staff. Please confirm these 13 individuals will need access to the system. In addition, please clarify if they will require varying degrees of access (e.g., administrative user, full user, read-only user, etc.).
Answer: We would have approximately two administrative users and the rest would be full users. It would all depend on the access/tasks given to administrative vs. full users.
