About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Proposals (RFP) #2022-20 issued by Clackamas County, Oregon. The RFP seeks proposals from a Community Based Organization to Administer Distribution of ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Funds. The original RFP estimated a total project budget of $240,000, however this Addendum amends the budget to state that the County will accept competitive rates with a not-to-exceed total from proposers, which will be a factor in vendor selection. The RFP closing date is April 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Clackamas County and the City of Oregon City are the jurisdictions involved in this contract opportunity.

The Addendum does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources. It only amends the budget details from the original RFP.
