About this file

This document is Addendum 1 to Request for Proposals (RFP) #2022-02 issued by CareOregon, Inc. for in-home support and companionship services. The addendum amends two sections of the original RFP: Section 2.20 Proposal Confidentiality to specify that proposer scores and evaluation notes will remain private and confidential, and Section 5.5 Fees to require proposers to provide a maximum escalator for fees if the contract is extended past the initial term.

The RFP seeks proposals for the in-home support and companionship project from qualified providers. The initial contract term and any potential renewal terms are not specified. Pricing information should include a maximum escalator for fees if the contract is extended beyond the initial term.
