About this file

This is a Solicitation Conference Call Agenda for RFP #10911 from the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) for executive leadership coaching services. The RFP seeks a provider to create and implement a comprehensive leadership development program for DJJ's 20-member executive team, including Team Leadership Assessment, Individual 360 Evaluations, Leadership Coaching sessions, and a Team Leadership Enhancement Plan. The program is expected to run 6-9 months with a contract period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Key dates include a solicitation conference call on February 24, 2025, written questions due by February 26, 2025, a Technical Assistance call on March 18, 2025, and proposals due by March 27, 2025, with anticipated contract award notice on May 19, 2025.

The total maximum contract amount shall not exceed $100,000 for all expenses. The Department indicates this is a new initiative with no incumbent provider. The program can be delivered through in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats, with only the kick-off meeting required to be in-person. The Office of Talent, Leadership, and Culture will serve as the primary point of contact. The Department emphasizes the importance of tailoring the program to DJJ's organizational culture and integrating it with existing leadership development initiatives for lower-level leaders, though they have no specific preference for coaching models or approaches.
