G.8 BEST AND FINAL OFFERS

If, subsequent to receiving offers, negotiations are conducted, all Offerors within the competitive range will be so notified and may be provided an opportunity to submit written “Best and Final Offers” (“BAFO”) at the designated date and time. BAFOs will be subject to the late submissions, late modifications and late withdrawals of proposals provisions of this solicitation. After receipt of BAFOs, P a g e 18 | 25 no discussions will be reopened unless the Chief Contracting Officer determines that it is clearly in Events DC’s best interest to do so, (e.g., it is clear that information available at that time is inadequate to reasonably justify Contractor selection and award based on the BAFOs received). If discussions are reopened, the Chief Contracting Officer may issue an additional request for BAFOs to all Offerors still within the competitive range.
