About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for the City of DeLand's Request for Information (RFI-25-03) regarding their Employee Health Clinic, dated May 19, 2025. The addendum provides clarifications to questions received from potential contractors, addressing topics such as the city's motivations for issuing the RFI, current health center management services, and space details. The document confirms the proposal opening date remains June 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., and indicates the city is seeking information on alternative health center management options. Key areas of interest include customer service, staffing, and potential performance guarantees.
The addendum reveals the current employee health center is 1,950 square feet, featuring a large reception area, 3 exam rooms, a medication room, medical assistant's room, procedure room, and various offices and storage spaces. Most furnishings belong to the City, and they are open to receiving illustrative proposals and information about performance guarantees and mental health therapy programs. The city has deferred detailed reporting on current health center operations and population health management until a potential Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, suggesting they are in an exploratory phase of evaluating potential health clinic management services.
