About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for the City of DeLand's Request for Information (RFI-25-03) for an Employee Health Clinic, dated May 19, 2025. The addendum provides clarifications to questions received from potential contractors, with the proposal opening date remaining June 3, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. The document details the city's current 1,950 square foot health center, which includes a large reception area, 3 exam rooms, a medication room, medical assistant's room, procedure room, offices, restrooms, and storage areas. The city is seeking information on alternative management options, with a particular focus on customer service and staffing.
Key points from the addendum include the city's interest in exploring Total Population Health Management and potential Mental and Behavioral Therapy programs. The city owns most of the furnishings in the current health center space and is open to receiving an illustrative proposal with a preferred staffing model. While detailed reporting and population health information will only be available if the process moves to an RFP, the city has expressed interest in performance guarantees, chronic condition management, and wellness programs. The addendum indicates the city is in the exploratory phase, seeking comprehensive information from potential health clinic management vendors without committing to a specific procurement at this time.
