About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Maryland Department of General Services regarding Janitorial Services for the Robert F. Sweeney District Court in Anne Arundel County. The purpose of the RFI is to conduct market research and identify capable parties interested in this procurement opportunity to increase socioeconomic inclusion. The current contract for these services was awarded to Diversified Services Group for a three-year term with two one-year renewal options, which have all been exercised. The total contract price for the Sweeney District Court was $238,443.72 for the three-year period.
The Department of General Services requires that responding vendors abstain from providing any quotes or bids in response to this RFI, as it is not a solicitation to procure services. This RFI is in addition to any forthcoming virtual pre-bid conference that would occur after the formal procurement solicitation is posted.
