About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) questions template for market research purposes related to the Information Technology Refresh Program (ITRP) Integrated Logistics Division Maintenance and Logistics Support Services opportunity. The RFI is issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and specifically targets vendors with expertise in maintenance and logistics support for Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) equipment.

The template solicits responses across multiple categories including general business information (company name, POC details, GSA contract information, UEI, and CAGE code), socio-economic status classifications, and technical capability assessments. Respondents must indicate whether they can perform all required services, provide corrective and preventative maintenance on NII equipment, and deliver stakeholder reporting with key performance indicators and dashboards. The RFI requests information on subcontracting needs, time-to-performance, applicable business practices and standards, recommended Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and relevant applications or systems to support the services. Additional requirements include confirmation of the NAICS code (811219) and Product Service code (J058), submission of up to three past performance references demonstrating similar contract experience (maximum three pages per reference), and responses regarding GSA contract applicability. This is a template document without specified response dates, pricing terms, or award information, as it is designed for preliminary market research to assess vendor capabilities and interest prior to formal solicitation.
