About this file

This is an amendment to a Request for Information (RFI) for a Facilities Labor Contract. The RFI deadline has been extended to January 27, 2026.

The document consists of government-provided answers to five key questions regarding contract operations. Offerors are instructed to propose their own labor category mixes based on anticipated tasking rather than using standardized government-defined categories. Work will be assigned via written work orders with routine response time standards, and contractors must provide standard tools and equipment on a case-by-case basis, with costs included in work order responses and reimbursed upon payment. Performance is limited to standard business hours. Regarding security, contractors will independently manage background checks and badging with assistance from a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) point of contact. The document establishes operational parameters for contractors responding to this facilities labor solicitation but does not specify pricing terms, contract value, award dates, or other financial details.
