About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire for construction services at Naval Air Station Jacksonville issued by NAVFAC Southeast. The RFI seeks to identify qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) business development program participants capable of performing general or specialized construction services. The estimated contract value ranges from $200,000 to $5,500,000, with potential Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts containing subsequent task orders valued between $200,000 and $1,900,000 as firm-fixed-price awards. The Government may pursue either single award or stand-alone IDIQs based on market research findings from RFI responses.
Respondents must provide company information including name, address, points of contact, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, SAM registration status, 8(a) program exit date, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level. Companies must indicate socioeconomic designations (small business, HUBZone, woman-owned, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned) and detail their construction experience, including whether they perform general construction, specialized trades (electrical, mechanical, roofing), and which services are subcontracted versus performed in-house. Applicants must submit a capability statement documenting recent relevant projects completed within the last three years, including contract numbers, locations, facility types, contract values, performance details, prime versus subcontractor status, and utilization of similarly situated subcontractors. Respondents should also indicate their likelihood of submitting an offer and specify any particular types of work or services of interest.
