This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) seeking vendor capabilities for integrated communications and digital adoption support. DTRA's Information Management and Technology Directorate requires assistance implementing new technologies and digital mandates across the agency, with a focus on creating understandable implementation plans, messages, and graphics that communicate complex technical information succinctly.
Vendors are invited to submit written capabilities including company details such as CAGE code, UEI number, authorized representative contact information, suggested NAICS codes, and GWAC contract information. Small businesses are encouraged to identify their socio-economic category. The RFI is for market research purposes only, and while DTRA may potentially issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) after reviewing responses, there is currently no solicitation available.
