About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the 502D Air Base Wing, Department of the Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio, seeking market research for Hangar Equipment Repair Services. The RFI targets small businesses under NAICS Code 811310 for commercial and industrial machinery and equipment repair and maintenance, with a focus on identifying potential contractors capable of providing these services. Interested companies are asked to confirm their small business status, socio-economic designations, previous military customer experience, manufacturing capabilities, electronic invoicing ability, and willingness to provide the specified services.

Responses must be submitted via email to parie.reynolds@us.af.mil by Tuesday, 26 August 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. The RFI emphasizes that this is strictly voluntary market research and does not guarantee future contract opportunities. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) for Hangar Equipment and Repair Services, dated 19 August 2025, is attached as Attachment 1. Potential contractors are required to indicate their interest, capability, and estimated delivery timeframe for the services, with the understanding that this RFI does not constitute a formal solicitation or placement on a bidders list.
