The requirement includes business cable and internet services for Baltimore and Miami offices (currently with Comcast), covering TV services, WiFi Pro, equipment fees, business internet packages up to 1G, and static IP. Phone services are needed for Miami and Houston offices (Houston currently with AT&T), including voice packages, mobility lines, caller ID, and unlimited local usage.

Responses are due by January 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern and should be submitted electronically to the listed contracting specialists. The response format is limited to 30 pages in PDF format and must include company information, UEI number, and technical capabilities. While no contract will be awarded from this RFI, the government indicates that any future award would likely be a firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
