About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) dated 28 May 2026 regarding dry ice procurement. The RFI is strictly for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to issue a future Request for Proposal. Responses are entirely voluntary, and the Government will not compensate respondents for any costs incurred in developing information. The RFI requests input on dry ice products and pricing information, specifying whether pricing is offered under GSA or open market terms. Respondents must indicate small business status and any applicable socio-economic concerns, such as HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, or women-owned small business designations. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to the RFI for reference.

All responses must be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format to Edward Chilson (edward.a.chilson.civ@army.mil) no later than Wednesday, 3 June 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Proprietary information must be clearly identified to prevent dissemination in Government documents. Respondents will not receive evaluation results or letters, as this is a market research tool intended to inform the Contracting Officer's technical and acquisition strategy planning. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be announced on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI), and potential offerors should monitor that platform for additional information. Non-response to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
