This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for a Mobile Deployable Dental Clinic for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The procurement seeks one mobile dental unit with a two-chair configuration to provide dental care to veterans in underserved communities or during clinic renovations, mandated by the Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2025. The detailed Statement of Need specifies strict requirements for the vehicle, including a 40-foot maximum length, diesel motor, wheelchair lift, two dental operatories, an admin area, specific medical equipment (DCI Dental Chairs, Pro Cart III Dental Carts), climate control, power systems, and safety features.

Vendors are asked to provide company information, equipment specifications, authorized dealer verification, and answers to specific questions about manufacturing, lead times, and potential set-asides. The VA emphasizes that only new equipment from authorized dealers will be accepted, and vendors must comply with limitations on subcontracting. The mobile dental unit is to be delivered to the Martinsburg VA Medical Center by September 15, 2025, with the contractor also required to provide training and comprehensive documentation.
