About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) attachment from the Florida Department of Revenue seeking vendor responses for an SAP S/4HANA Process Intelligence and Business Process Management Platform solution. The RFI includes a System Requirements Matrix and General Questions Matrix that vendors must complete to indicate their capability to meet specific departmental needs. Vendor questions are due June 19, 2026 at noon Eastern Time, with vendor responses due July 3, 2026 at noon Eastern Time. The Department seeks information on enterprise process intelligence platforms to support its transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and establish permanent process governance capabilities. Key required capabilities include automated process discovery, standards-based process modeling, conformance checking, and continuous process monitoring within a single governed environment. The RFI is structured to evaluate whether solutions can meet mandatory requirements related to user interface design, training and documentation, dashboard and reporting capabilities, multi-environment integration, process discovery and mining, fit-gap analysis, security, compliance, and technical support services. Vendors responding affirmatively to mandatory requirements may be invited to participate in product demonstrations.

The RFI explicitly states that no contract will be awarded as a result of this information-gathering exercise, and the Department is not obligated to any vendor nor liable for response costs. Vendors must indicate whether their solutions can meet requirements using three response categories: "Can meet," "Can meet with custom programming," or "Cannot meet." Additionally, vendors must respond to general questions regarding their ability to provide a Proof of Value test with department information and allow a minimum of 30-day hands-on evaluation period. Vendors must be registered with the State of Florida Department of Management Services through MyFloridaMarketPlace and with the Department of State, Division of Corporations to do business in Florida. The Department's intent is to determine whether a formal solicitation should be released based on information gathered through this RFI.
