About this file
This is Addendum #2 to RFI #24/25-001 issued by the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) for a Search Function Solution on Public-facing Websites, dated December 11, 2024. The addendum provides answers to additional vendor questions received after Addendum #1 Q&A was posted on December 5, 2024. The RFI seeks information to assist in developing requirements and budgeting for implementing a search function solution for DOAH's public-facing websites.
Key details from the Q&A include that remote work is permitted, including work performed outside the US if Florida's vendor registration requirements are met and services align with DOAH's 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time working hours. No specific budget has been determined yet, as DOAH is using this RFI to gather information to develop budget constraints and expectations for hardware, software, and ongoing support services. Regarding licensing models, DOAH indicates a preference for the most cost-effective method between perpetual licenses and annual subscriptions.
