About this file

This document is a Request for Competitive Quotes (RFCQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the OR131 MP 7.5 Tillamook River Bridge Scaffolding project. ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to furnish, erect, and dismantle hanging dance floor scaffolding on the Tillamook River Bridge located on OR131 at milepost 7.5. The scaffolding will be required from July 27, 2023 to August 14, 2023, with a possible extension. Quotes must be submitted through the OregonBuys e-procurement system by the due date and time specified in the RFCQ. ODOT intends to issue a purchase order as a result of this solicitation, and the award will be based on the lowest price quote that meets all requirements.

The RFCQ provides details on the pricing structure, which includes a lump sum price for supplying, erecting, and dismantling the scaffolding, as well as per-day rental prices. ODOT reserves the right to consider both the lump sum and per-day rental prices in its award decision. The RFCQ also outlines various administrative requirements for the winning offeror, such as providing insurance certificates, a responsibility inquiry form, and a W-9 form prior to the issuance of the purchase order.
