About this file
The document is a Notification of Potential Review Committee Membership from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) for the Respite Services RFR (Request for Response). The document lists the names of potential Review Committee members for the Respite Services RFR, which will be used to award Respite Services contracts in different DMH areas across the state. The notification states that if any conflicts of interest are identified for the listed individuals, they must be communicated to the contact person in writing by August 4, 2017.
The related state and local contract opportunity is the Respite Services - Master Agreement Request for Applications, which is seeking to establish a pool of qualified providers from which DMH Areas can purchase Site-Based Respite and/or Mobile Respite Services on an as-needed basis. DMH will enter into a Master Agreement with all qualified providers, but the document does not provide details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract term.
