About this file

Respirator Supplies Summary

This is a procurement spreadsheet for respirator supplies for the State of Maine. The file documents a requirement for various types of respirator equipment and protective gear, including specific product listings with associated quantities and specifications. The procurement appears to be designed to establish a supply agreement for respiratory protective equipment that would be distributed across Maine state agencies and potentially local jurisdictions. The spreadsheet contains detailed line items specifying product types, quantities needed, and related supply requirements, though specific response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' conferences, and contract award dates are not clearly delineated in the file structure presented.

The pricing structure and contract terms are presented in tabular format within the spreadsheet, with columns indicating product specifications, unit costs, and total requirements. The file does not explicitly identify set-asides, incumbent suppliers, or specific funding sources and amounts in the provided summary view. The document appears to serve as the foundational procurement document for establishing a supply contract, with the actual solicitation details and award information likely contained in accompanying bid documents or contract opportunity notices issued separately by Maine state purchasing authorities.
