About this file
This file is a requirements document for quarterly bread delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) El Reno in Oklahoma. The solicitation (15B50726Q00000030) is issued by the Department of Justice Bureau of Prisons and is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 311812 (Bread and Bakery Product Manufacturing), requiring vendors to have no more than 500 employees. The requirement covers quarterly bread deliveries with a delivery period from October 6, 2026, through December 29, 2026, to the facility located at 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036.
The solicitation will be released on or about August 26, 2026, exclusively through SAM.gov with no hard copies distributed. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial items acquisition where awards will be made to responsible offerors based on price and past performance, considered approximately equal in value. Payment terms vary by award amount: purchase card for awards at or below $10,000 and electronic funds transfer (EFT) for awards exceeding $15,000. Poor past performance, failure to deliver, or failure to meet specifications may result in a vendor being deemed non-responsible. All solicitation amendments and updates will be posted solely to SAM.gov, and interested parties must actively monitor the site for current information.
