Vendors who fail to meet the delivery schedule or specifications will be indefinitely removed from future awards. This is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 311812 (size standard of 500 employees maximum). The contract type is firm-fixed price, with past performance weighted approximately equal to price in the award decision. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the terms of the contract and the contract will be cancelled.
Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. No appointments necessary.
Items must meet specifications as indicated. Failure to comply with specifications will be considered as non-conformance under the terms of the contract and the contract will be cancelled. All items will be closely inspected. Items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance. Items which are conditionally received and found to be unacceptable must be picked up at the vendor's expense within two weeks of notification of non-compliance. If refused product is not picked up within two weeks, it will be disposed.
