About this file

The City of Fort Walton Beach has issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Standby Logo Display sponsorship on 25 Trackman screens located at the City's Golf Course. The project seeks a single vendor to have their logo displayed in standby mode across 32-inch screens for one year, with the logo remaining visible during both active and idle screen states. The screens will be operational from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday, and 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Mondays. Vendors must submit their proposals by Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 4:00 pm, with the City planning to award the sponsorship to the highest quote by Friday, October 31, 2025.

The vendor quote must include a proposed sponsorship amount for one year and a sample/mockup of the logo in various resolutions and formats. The awarded vendor will enter into a one-year agreement and grant a license to use their logo exclusively on the 25 Trackman screens. When users activate a screen, the logo will be preceded by a "Presented by LOGO" message. Proposals should be submitted to Diana Reimer, Purchasing Agent II, via email with the subject line "Standby Logo Display on 25 Trackman Screens" and are expected to include a sponsorship amount and logo mockup.
