BACKGROUND

The South Slough Reserve is expanding their UAS (drone) program to include Lidar. We currently have a DJI Matrice 300 RTK airframe and are seeking to purchase a lidar sensor that is compatible with our current airframe.

PURPOSE

This contract will include the acquisition of a lidar sensor, software, and training required to implement lidar with our current airframe. We hope to find a vendor that has an Oregon office and is available for troubleshooting in the future and available if more items are required.

PROJECT

We want to purchase the DJI L2 lidar sensor with enterprise care basic, DJI Terra pro perpetual software, DJI RC plus for Matrice 300, Lidar360 framework perpetual, Lidar360 terrain perpetual, UAS training and travel from vendor. We require the vendor to have an office in Oregon. The DJI brand of the lidar sensor is the same brand as the airframe we currently use. The DJI terra software is required to use the DJI lidar sensor. Lidar360 software is a one-time perpetual license that will analyze the terra software outputs and incorporate into ArcGIS, which is compatible with our current systems.
