About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force's 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas, seeking industry input on the availability of qualified sources capable of providing an AI Installation Lodging Optimization application. The RFI was issued on 4 May 2026 with responses due by 5 May 2026 at 1400 CST. The requirement falls under NAICS Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services).
The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) seeks to improve lodging and housing readiness understanding across its global installation portfolio by transitioning from manual, fragmented processes to an automated solution. The required AI application must securely integrate authoritative enterprise systems including ADVANA BLADE and ENVISION to generate accurate pattern-of-life and utilization insights. Key capabilities include natural-language querying to assess lodging capacity and building conditions, forward-looking scenario modeling to support budget prioritization, and faster assessments to enable smarter deployment planning and improved decision-making. Respondents are requested to confirm their company's willingness and ability to provide the application, submit brochures and capability statements with CAGE/DUNS information, and identify any unclear aspects of the government's requirements. This is strictly a market research effort with no contract awards to be made, no solicitation currently available, and all response costs borne by interested parties. Responses must be submitted via email to SSgt Drew Yanez (primary) or TSgt Sydney Wadlington-Sanders (secondary) at the 773 ESS/PKF office located at JBSA Lackland, Texas.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
773rd ENTERPRISE SOURCING SQUADRON (ESS)
Issue Date: 4 May, 2026 Response Due Date: 5 May, 2026 NAICS Code: 541519, Other Computer Related Services Subject: Request for Information (RFI) – AI Installation Lodging Optimization
GENERAL INFORMATION
Description:
The 773rd ESS at JBSA Lackland, Texas, seeks feedback from companies/entities capable of providing an AI Installation Lodging Optimization application.
Background: (Per Performance Work Statement)
1.1 Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) needs to improve its understanding of lodging and housing readiness across its global portfolio of installations.
Today, the process is manual and relies on fragmented data, creating risks for capacity planning and deployment preparedness.
The AI Installation Optimization Application should address this problem. The solution will securely integrate authoritative enterprise systems (e.g., ADVANA BLADE, ENVISION) to produce accurate pattern-of-life and utilization insights. It will allow planners to use natural-language querying to assess lodging capacity, building conditions, and other factors.
Furthermore, it will introduce forward-looking scenario modeling to support budget prioritization. This will enable faster assessments, smarter deployment planning, quicker decision-making, and better funding alignment with installation requirements and emerging bed down needs.
