About this file

This is a Quick Quote document from Collier County, Florida, specifically from the Parks & Recreation Division, seeking a one-time purchase for the replacement and installation of signs at North Collier Regional Park (NCRP). The project involves replacing four separate signs located at 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, FL 34109, with the project release date set for November 27, 2024. Vendors must submit questions by December 4, 2024, at 4:00 PM and provide their complete response by December 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM through the county's online bidding system. The signs to be replaced include a main park entrance sign and directional signs for various park facilities, with specific measurements and design requirements detailed in the document.

The pricing structure requires vendors to provide a unit cost for each sign, with the county selecting the responsive vendor with the lowest quote. The project has specific insurance requirements, including workers' compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability coverage. Vendors must also provide additional documentation such as E-Verify registration, W-9 form, and Sunbiz documentation. The project emphasizes high-quality sign fabrication using durable materials resistant to weather conditions, with signs matching the current park color scheme (light blue, blue, and mauve). The replacement signs must align with the park's branding and aesthetics, and the successful vendor will be responsible for site assessment, sign removal, installation, and site restoration.
