About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 for Questions and Answers related to the REBID ThreatConnect Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT). The IFB is seeking to establish a contract to provide ThreatConnect package training, installation, configuration, and Intel Driven Ops dedicated cloud standard software. DoIT requires one SaaS web interface for five users and the software must integrate with Splunk Enterprise Security, Recorded Future, and CrowdStrike. The contract will be for a monthly payment term, and no penetration testing is required.
The IFB does not specify the total number of endpoints. Bidders are instructed to review all prospective bidder submitted questions and DoIT produced answers before attempting to submit a bid, as all other terms and conditions of the IFB shall remain in full force and effect, unchanged except as amended by this Addendum.
