About this file

This document is a response from the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy regarding a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the ProCON Global program. The ProCON Global program aims to promote open, interoperable, reliable, and secure commercial undersea cable systems around the world by providing technical assistance to key decision-makers, including policymakers, regulators, and technology companies in emerging economies.

The NOFO has a submission deadline of July 15, 2024, and is funded through the Department of State's Cyberspace and Digital Policy program (CFDA 19.665). The funding instrument is a cooperative agreement, and eligible applicants include for-profit organizations and 501(c)(3) nonprofits. The document also mentions three additional NOFOs related to global ICT and CET standards, emerging leaders in international cyberspace security, and cybersecurity operational needs, all with the same submission deadline of July 15, 2024, except for the Cybersecurity Operational Needs NOFO, which has a deadline of August 2, 2024.
