Dear Daniela, Thank you very much for your email regarding DFOP0016683. Please see responses to your questions below.
* The page limit for the proposal narrative is 7 pages. Thank you for flagging the mistake, we will be sure to correct that.
* This NOFO does not require a gender and inclusion analysis.
* Tab 1,2,3 and 5 are duplicated intentionally because CDP uploaded the MSWORD file and a PDF of that file for these tabs. There are no templates for the proposal narrative, timeline, cover page, contingency plan, key personnel. Those documents may be uploaded to the application via MyGrants or Grants.gov.

Hello, we have the following questions regarding NOFO DFOP0016683, "Building Capacity for Responsible, Inclusive, and Rights-Respecting Approaches to AI":
* In the NOFO, under D2.1/4 Proposal Narrative, there are contradictory two references to the page limit for the proposal limit. One states 7 pages, the other states 10 pages. Could you clarify which is correct please?
* In the NOFO applicants check-list there's a reference to a need for a gender and inclusion analysis, however that requirement is not listed in the NOFO. Could you please clarify whether this document is required or not?
* On the mygrants application under additional documents to be submitted (and application attachments) - these do not correspond fully with the application requirements detailed under D2.1. E.g. on mygrants Tab 1,2,3 and 5 are duplicated, but there is no reference to the proposal narrative, timeline, cover page, contingency plan, key personnel and other docs (audit etc.). How should we upload these additional documents?
* The NOFO identifies for-profit organizations or businesses as being eligible to apply. Can you confirm that this includes foreign based for-profit organizations and businesses?
* Could you clarify whether the target countries will be the same for the work under both project objectives or if there will be a separate set of target countries per objective?
* Could you share any additional information regarding target country selection? (E.g. any priority target countries for the Bureau, whether the Bureau has a set of criteria for country selection or whether you will expect the implementer to provide this in the proposal).
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards, Daniela Schnidrig
